W.Y.Y.O., a non-governmental organization, entered the Swiss trade register in 1997, with headquarters in Geneva.

W.Y.Y.O.’s objective is to take successful action in order to eliminate pollution in ports and marinas because they are gateways to the sea and should therefore assume a protective role. Irresponsibility, lack of local resources as well as lack of information on prevention continue to worsen an already serious situation.
In-depth study has been done to help define the principal causes of pollution in and around ports and marinas and identify the existing measures, while developing new measures to contain and improve the situation.
